Sunbird Artificial Turf
Turf installation, pet turf and turf cleaning planned for Sunbird yards.
Sunbird is a guard-gated 55-plus community in far south Chandler along Riggs Road. Homes were built from the late 1980s through the late 1990s around an executive golf course with water on many holes.
Lots here are small, and many backyards look out at the fairways. A turf project usually means a short, easy-care lawn between the patio and the view, or a front yard that no longer needs a mower. We plan the work around HOA rules and gate access.
The City of Chandler's grass removal rebate doesn't cover artificial turf. The City says any landscaped area converted to artificial turf won't qualify, and the rebate itself is for living grass converted to low-water landscaping. If you're counting on that rebate, ask the City's Water Conservation Office about your plan before the grass comes out.
Turf between the patio and a golf-course view.
Tidy turf and gravel with no mowing.
Practice space a few steps from the patio.
Yes. We arrange gate access ahead of time and follow the HOA's work-hour rules.
Usually. We leave a gravel strip at the wall so irrigation overspray from the course drains away.
